France: Crypto-to-Crypto Transactions Tax-Exempt Unless Traded for Fiat

France has welcomed cryptocurrency investments by announcing that crypto to crypto transactions will be tax-exempt, and necessary taxes will be applied only when selling crypto for fiat currency.
